Ayo is Director of Strategy & Innovation, building strategies to connect brands with audiences in today’s digital landscape. Specialising in brand strategy, social media, and the creator economy, Ayo drives innovation to keep brands competitive through emerging trends and cultural shifts.

Ayo has led brand and digital strategies with organisations such as CAA / Global Brands Group — with its client list boasting the likes Playboy, Formula 1, Jennifer Lopez and David Beckham, just to name a few. She has also led and contributed to strategic, digital and commercial work for D2C brands such as Farfetch, Hunter Boots, Crabtree & Evelyn, The Conran Shop, Facetheory, Fitflop, David Linley and Duke + Dexter. Startups and SaaS businesses, including Sedna Systems, NextGen Systems and Amica; reflecting her mastery in crafting winning ideas for diverse brands and multi-generational target markets.

Bio

With over 15 years of experience in global consumer strategy and digital transformation, Ayo helps brands build authentic, loyal connections with audiences. A champion for diversity and inclusion in the tech space, Ayo is also involved in SheFi and the Metaverse Fashion Council, contributing to conversations around Web3 and blockchain’s role in shaping inclusive digital futures. Ayo is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of brand leaders and frequently shares insights on leveraging cultural trends, generational shifts, and digital communities to drive growth and innovation.

Ayo didn’t always have a pulse for brand strategy. She began her career by pursuing a degree in Engineering and Design at Brunel University. “Growing up, I dreamt of building spaceships for NASA. Then I end up falling in love with the internet and the world of digital.”  Branching into web technology and design, she soon found her passion in brand strategy, eCommerce and digital marketing.

Ayo’s upbringing instilled in her the values of humility, generosity and ambition from a tender age. She credits most of her achievements to the quirky stories she heard growing up. “My favourite is the story of the Lion and the Bull. It taught us humility and to ‘roar’ just as quietly as you ‘hunt’; the moral of the story is ‘when you’re full of bull, keep your mouth shut!’”

The combination of real-life consulting experience, an extensive footprint, proven methodologies, and her highly infectious personality, makes Ayo a highly respected and one-of-a-kind brand strategist and digital architect.
