Operator Control System

Stop rebuilding the same business
every month.

You have the brand. You have the audience. What you don't have is the system that makes revenue compound instead of reset. The Operator Control System fixes that — in three parts, built for founder-led brands earning £5k–£60k/month.

Notion Control Panel Optional
  • You're earning £3k–£60k/month but it feels fragile
  • You have an audience but conversion is inconsistent
  • You run launches that work, then watch revenue flatline
  • You sell services, products, or a mix
  • You're ready to treat your business like an operator
  • ×You're pre-revenue or in the first 6 months of business
  • ×You want a content course or a posting schedule
  • ×You're looking for guaranteed income claims
  • ×You're not willing to restructure anything

Most founder revenue stops the moment the founder does.

  • ×You launch. Revenue spikes. Then it falls back to zero.
  • ×You post every day and can't trace it to a single sale.
  • ×You're earning well but one quiet month feels like collapse.
  • ×You don't have a pricing problem. You have a structure problem.

Three reasons founder revenue stays random

01
No Wedge

Without a single polarising belief that makes you irreplaceable to the right 20%, you're competing on price and familiarity. Both are races you lose.

02
No Evidence Machine

A bold opinion earns attention once. Evidence earns it permanently. Most founders have a point of view and no system for turning it into a track record that closes sales.

03
No Offer Architecture

A single offer is a single point of failure. Without three offers at three price points, there is no recurring floor, no margin layer, and no compound growth — just a launch treadmill.

See what you're getting.

All three parts ship as files you can open immediately. Here's what each one looks like.

“The bottleneck is never the audience size. It is the structural clarity to make three offers that work together, expressed through a single Wedge, to an audience that has been moved to the Familiar zone.”

How to Build It in Notion 20 minutes · Start here
01
Create your workspace page
Start a new top-level Notion page. Not a sub-page — a workspace root entry. This becomes your operating home.
  • New page → title: Operator Control System
  • Set icon to ⚙️ or your brand mark
  • Pin it to your sidebar above everything else
  • Add a callout: "Primary source of truth is the Control Sheet. This is the dashboard view."
02
Build the Revenue Dashboard database
/database inline — a simple gallery. One entry per week. You fill it in on Mondays after running your Control Sheet review.
  • Create inline database titled Revenue Dashboard
  • Add all properties from the table below
  • Switch to Gallery view, filtered: current month
  • Duplicate one entry as your weekly template
03
Build the Offer Stack board
/database board grouped by a Layer property. Three columns. One card per offer. Update status each month.
  • Database → Board view → Group by: Layer
  • Columns: Layer 1 / Layer 2 / Layer 3
  • Add status: Active / Build / Paused
  • Add: Price, CVR %, Monthly Revenue properties
04
Build the 90-Day Roadmap
Three toggle blocks, one per phase. Checklist inside each. Reset every quarter. Task list comes from the Field Manual Section 6.
  • /toggle → "Phase 1: Days 1–30 — Wedge"
  • /toggle → "Phase 2: Days 31–60 — Evidence"
  • /toggle → "Phase 3: Days 61–90 — Revenue"
  • Add /checklist inside each with tasks from the mockup above
05
Build the Weekly Review — Repeating Template
Use Notion's Repeating Template feature to auto-generate a new entry every Monday. Fill it in, then transfer numbers to Control Sheet Tab 6. This is the habit that makes the whole system work.
  • Create database: Weekly Reviews
  • Add all 7 questions as checklist items in the template
  • Number properties: Revenue, Orders, Offers, Content
  • Formula property: Revenue per Offer = Revenue / Offers
  • Text property: "One Priority Next Week"
  • Set repeat schedule: every Monday
  • Gallery view showing last 8 weeks
  • Link callout: "→ Enter numbers in Control Sheet Tab 6 after this"
One
system.
Three formats. Your call.
  • Operator Revenue Control Sheet — mode-adaptive, D2C + Digital
  • The Culture Engine Field Manual — 9 frameworks, zero filler
  • Notion Control Panel — optional dashboard view
"You do not need all three. Start with the Control Sheet. Add the Manual when you need the reasoning. Add Notion when you want a dashboard that lives where you work."

The Control Sheet does the calculation.
The Field Manual gives you the doctrine behind it.
The Notion panel is for founders who think in Notion.

All three run on the same logic. Decay vs Compound. The Wedge. The 3-Layer model. The Weekly Review. Same system. Choose your format.
